In four completed seasons under Mike Neu, Cal baseball has averaged 30 wins per year. Diving deeper, the Golden Bears averaged 15 conference wins per season in that time period, never dipping below 14 and peaking at 17 in 2019. That is more than respectable, and a level of play that should put you in regional contention nearly every year. Unfortunately, Cal has reached the NCAA tournament just once (2019) under its highly regarded skipper.
